At Nutrimeal, we strive to provide fast, reliable shipping for all your nutritional supplement needs. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other important information to help you understand how we deliver our products to you.

  • 1. PROCESSING TIMES

    • We work hard to process your orders quickly and efficiently:

      • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
      • During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days
      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
      • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
    • Note: Processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed and when it is shipped. It does not include the time it takes for the package to be delivered to your address.

  • 2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

    • We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping option for all orders:

      • Worldwide Shipping: €19.00 flat rate for all orders and countries
    • Estimated Delivery Times:

      • European Union: 3-7 business days
      • Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
      • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
      • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
      • Rest of World: 14-21 business days
    • Please Note: The delivery times above are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal service conditions, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

  • 3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    • While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, there are some restrictions:

      • We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Poland, and Latvia due to regulatory restrictions.
      • Some supplements may have ingredients that are not permitted in certain countries. We cannot ship products to locations where they are prohibited by law.
      • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
      • We may be unable to ship to some remote locations or areas affected by conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances.
      • Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be limited; please contact customer service before placing an order.
    • If you have concerns about whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

  • 4. ORDER TRACKING

    • We provide tracking information for all orders:

      • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link
      • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history
      • If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact our customer service team
      • Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your package has been dispatched
  • 5. SHIPPING COSTS

    • Our shipping policy is designed to be simple and transparent:

      • We charge a flat rate of 19.00 for shipping to all countries worldwide
      • This flat rate applies to all orders, regardless of order size or value
      • The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is finalized
    • While we do not currently offer free shipping, our flat rate system ensures predictable costs for all our customers, no matter where they are located. We periodically run promotional offers that may include shipping discounts, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

  • 6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

    • For international orders, please be aware of potential additional costs:

      • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees
      • These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our 19.00 shipping charge
      • The customer is responsible for paying all customs fees, duties, and taxes
      • Delivery may be delayed if customs fees are not paid promptly
      • We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees, as this is against the law
    • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes before placing an international order.

  • 7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

    • To ensure successful delivery:

      • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address
      • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded
      • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
      • We can only make address changes before the order has been shipped
      • For apartment buildings, please include your unit/apartment number and any access codes if necessary
  • 8. SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

    • In the rare event of shipping problems:

      • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first
      • For packages that show as delivered but are not received, you must notify us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date
      • For lost packages (showing no delivery after the expected timeframe), we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier
      • Domestic packages are considered lost after 7 business days past the estimated delivery date
      • International packages are considered lost after 21 business days past the estimated delivery date
      • Once a package is confirmed lost, we will either resend your order or issue a refund, at our discretion
    • Please contact our customer service team immediately if you suspect your package is lost or if there are any issues with your delivery.

  • 9. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

    • For subscription-based products:

      • Subscription orders are subject to the same €19.00 flat-rate shipping fee
      • You can change your shipping address and delivery frequency in your account settings
      • Address changes must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery
      • The same estimated delivery times apply to subscription orders
  • 10. SHIPPING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS

    • At Nutrimeal, we are committed to environmental sustainability:

      • We use recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible
      • Our shipping boxes and padding materials are made from recycled content
      • We optimize package sizes to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint
      • For temperature-sensitive products, we use insulation materials that are recyclable or biodegradable where available
    • We continuously work to improve our packaging and shipping methods to reduce environmental impact while ensuring your supplements arrive in perfect condition.
