For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
For subscription products:
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
International returns follow the same eligibility requirements as domestic returns, but may take longer to process due to international shipping times.
If your order included a free or promotional item, you must return that item along with your return to receive a full refund.
If you used a coupon or discount code on your purchase and then return part of the order, the discount will be allocated proportionally across all items in the order.
