REFUND POLICY

At Nutrimeal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

    • We accept returns under the following conditions:

      • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
      • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
      • The product must not be damaged or tampered with
      • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
      • Returns must include all original components, accessories, and free items that came with the order
    • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

      • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
      • Personalized or custom-made supplements
      • Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale"
      • Gift cards and digital products
  • 2. REFUND PROCESS

    • To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

      • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
      • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
      • Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
      • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement after processing.

  • 3. REFUND AMOUNTS

    • When your return is approved, you will receive:

      • Full refund: For items returned in their original condition within 30 days, we will refund the full purchase price of the product
      • Partial refund: Items returned with missing components or showing signs of use may receive a partial refund
      • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
      • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • 4. EXCHANGES

    • If you'd like to exchange an item rather than return it for a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We'll guide you through the exchange process.

      Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

  • 5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

      For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

  • 6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

    • For subscription products:

      • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting customer service
      • Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery to prevent billing and shipping of the next order
      • No refunds will be issued for subscription payments already processed unless the product is eligible for return under our standard return policy
  • 7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

      International returns follow the same eligibility requirements as domestic returns, but may take longer to process due to international shipping times.

  • 8. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & DISCOUNTS

    • If your order included a free or promotional item, you must return that item along with your return to receive a full refund.

      If you used a coupon or discount code on your purchase and then return part of the order, the discount will be allocated proportionally across all items in the order.

  • 9. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

    • We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and we'll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

      We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our return policy, or repeated returns.
